After the tasting we had with you a few weeks before the wedding, Mike said, "If he can present a meal like this for 250 people I will be impressed". Needless to say, he was beyond impressed!!! I don't know how you did it, but the meal was AMAZING!!! Guests were raving about it being one of the best , if not THE best wedding meal they'd ever had.
My sister said she was already full after the appetizers because they were so delicious.
Your staff were so professional and courteous, the meal served efficiently, bartenders busy all night, and kept a smile on their face! And I don't even know where all those pizzas went! They were devowed immediately, and guests asked where we got them. I was pleased to tell them you made them yourself. They loved them!!!

We have never met, but my wife and I had the good fortune to attend the Holiday Social in December. Sir, the catering of that event was beyond outstanding. The food and service was, without question some of the finest we have ever experienced; the steak, you could cut with a fork. I don't know how you did it, but great management skills have to play a major part in achieving such wonderful results. You won't find a better caterer for the money – excellent high quality cuisine, diverse, creative menu and unbeatable prices. Not to mention, you'll work directly with the owner/chef.
I wouldn't use anyone but Artistic Affairs for my events.
